Appendicitis in patient with suspected Crohn’s - 

• Leave active Crohn’s elsewhere in bowel alone. If appendix not involved, do appendectomy so diagnosis not in doubt for future

• If appendix is involved: don’t remove owing to chance of complication

Most liver tumors are supplied 

by the Hepatic artery.

This holds true for primary and metastatic.

Replaced left hepatic artery comes off left gastric artery and is found in gastrohepatic ligament. Slightly less common than replaced right. “Replaced” means the artery is in an unusual location and the only supply to that section.

Cystic medial necrosis is typically due to Marfan's disease. 

Marfanoid body habitus, aortic dilation; retinal issues may be seen.
